Recipe: Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

THIS DESSERT TASTES JUST LIKE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM BUT WITH THE ADDITION OF EXTRA PROTEIN BOOST.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bananas (2, large, frozen)
  • Milk of choice (1/8 cup)
  • Chocolate protein powder (1 scoop)
  • Stevia (1 packet, optional)
  • Cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
  • Carob powder (1.5 tbsp)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Process the frozen bananas and milk until snooth. Add the protein powder, sweetener, carob and cocoa powder. Pulse a few more times.
  • For a soft consistency, serve immediately. For a harder consistency, place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chilling time: 30 minutes
