Recipe: Homemade Fruit Rolls

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Lemon juice, (2 tbsp)
  • Fruit, (3 cups)
  • Honey, (2 tbsp)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Process your desired fruit until smooth. Add the lemon juice and honey.
  • Pour into the prepared tray and spread out thinly. Dehydrate in the oven at as low as it goes until the middle tacky, for 4-6 hours.
  • Allow it to cool and remove from the parchment paper. Cut it into 1-inch strips using clean scissors.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 6 hour

Serving : 8 rolls
