Recipe: Low Calorie Brownies

IT IS HARD TO EAT ONLY ONE OF THESE 83 CALORIE BROWNIES.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Eggs, (1)
  • Milk, (1/4 cup, skim)
  • Greek yogurt, (3/4 cup, nonfat)
  • Rolled oats, (1/2 cup)
  • Cocoa powder, (1/2 cup)
  • Baking powder, (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt, (1 pinch)
  • Truvia baking blend, (2 cup)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Preheat your oven to 250°C (400° F). Line a 20×20-cm (8-8-inch) baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Process oil ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 13-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Slice into 9 squares and serve.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Serving : 9 brownies
