Recipe: Mini Peanut Butter Cups

Delicious peanut butter CUPS WHICH ARE SIMPLE ENOUGH TO MAKE AT THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Chocolate, (150 g)
  • Peanut butter, (2 tbsp)
  • Maple syrup, (2 tbsp)
  • Salt, (As per taste)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Stir the maple syrup and peanut butter well in a bowl. On a freezer-safe plate, place mini cupcake liners.
  • Melt the chocolate bye using a double boiler
  • Pour 1 tea spoon of chocolate on the bottom of every cup. Add about half a teaspoon of the filling in the middle. Next, cover it with more chocolate.
  • After freezing the cups for 5 minutes, scatter sea salt lightly on top. Freeze for 25 minutes, until firm. Serve immediately.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Chilling time: 30 minutes

Serving : 15 mini cups
