Recipe: Peach Sorbet

THIS SORBET IS HEALTHY, REFRESHING AND MADE WITH THE SUPERSTARS OF SUMMER, “PEACHES”.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Raw honey, (1 tbsp)
  • Peaches, (4, medium, sliced)
  • Warm water, (If needed)
  • Lemon juice, (1 teaspoon)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Process the frozen peaches in a food processor, then add the lemon juice and raw honey. If needed add warm water. Blend until smooth.
  • For a soft consistency, serve immediately. For a harder consistency, freeze for 2-3 hours.
