Recipe: Flourless Protein Brownies

THESE BROWNIES ARE SO FUDGY, IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE THEY ARE HEALTHY AND PROTEIN PACKED.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Chocolate protein powder, (1 scoop (41 g))
  • Applesauce, (1/4 cup)
  • Chocolate chips, (2 tbsp)
  • Coco powder, (1/2 cup)
  • Banana, (2, very ripe)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350° F). Grease a loaf tin with non-stick spray.
  • Shape the dough into balls using palms of your hands. Coat each ball with chopped nuts.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared load tin and flatten it using a spoon. On top, add the chocolate chips.
  • Place it in the preheated oven. After the chocolate chips have melted, spread them. Then, bake for 17-20 minutes. Allow it to cool and cut into 8 squares.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serving : 8 brownies
