Recipe: Frozen Nutty Banana Nibblers

This healthy on-the-go dessert provides 2.4 grams of protein per five piece serving.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Creamy peanut butter, (1 tbsp)
  • Bananas, (5, large, ripe)
  • Greek yogurt, (2 oz – 56 g)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Peel the bananas and mash one banana with the yogurt and peanut butter. Set aside.
  • Cut the remaining bananas into half-inch-thick slices.
  • Smear the mixture between the slices to make banana sandwiches.
  • Place in the freezer for minimum 2 hours, on a freezer-safe plate or container.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Chilling time: 2 hours

Serving : 65 – pieces
